More Effective Control Panel

The Control Panel is a key part of Windows and most users have to go there quite often. Espesially in our case when editing the registry without the use of a registry cleaner. Then it is little wonder that the standard in both Windows XP and Vista is an awkward interface that it takes time and many clicks to reach the desired location.

Anyone who has ever put on to reach the Control Panel directly from the start menu never want to work in any other way. And it's not complicated.

Right-click the Start button and select Properties. On the Start menu, click Customize. In Windows XP, then change to the Advanced tab. Scroll down to the Control Panel and the letter for "Show as a menu." Close by OK.

Now you have instant access to every part of the Control Panel directly from the Start menu. It can't be better.
